We were asked to design and install feature lighting for a bespoke bar area in a luxury home in Oxshott. The aim was to create a warm, inviting space with a clean, high-end finish that complemented the custom joinery. What We Did:
- Installed ultra-thin LED strip lighting recessed into the side panels of each shelving unit, providing a soft, even light across every shelf level.
- Used cut-to-length LED strips housed in aluminium profiles, giving a flush finish with no visible cables or fittings.
- Connected the lighting to a dimmable driver, giving the client full control over brightness and mood.
- Worked closely with the joiner to ensure the LED profiles were seamlessly integrated into the timber during fabrication.
The result is a modern, functional bar area with subtle lighting that highlights the shelving display and adds real atmosphere to the room. A great example of how LED lighting can elevate a space when installed with care and attention to detail.
