This project was a full electrical rewire on a single-storey bungalow being transformed into a stunning two-storey home with a large rear extension. The client was going for a high-spec finish throughout, so we made sure the electrical installation matched the quality of the build.
What We Did:
- Complete rewire from top to bottom, including all new circuits and a modern RCBO consumer unit with surge protection.
- LED lighting throughout for a clean, low-energy setup — including feature lighting and downlights in key areas.
- 3-way switching in the bedrooms, giving that hotel-style convenience with switches by the door and either side of the bed.
- Data points at every TV location to make sure every room can handle high-speed internet and smart devices.
- TV aerial points professionally run and terminated for a tidy, hidden finish.
- Outdoor lighting, including integrated LED strips along the new driveway wall, adding both safety and a modern touch to the exterior.
